Detailed Symposium Information
On behalf of the Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina, we welcome you to this historical first ever all virtual conference! For a smooth experiential learning journey, here are a few helpful details:
Steps to log into the Virtual Symposium:
1. Search for your registration confirmation email titled "Event Registration Confirmation - Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina"
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and you will find an attendee confirmation CODE and LINK.
3. Copy the attendee confirmation code and click on the 'log in to the event portal link'
4. Paste your confirmation code on the next page entitled "Enter Attendee Confirmation Code'
5. Access the member portal
Attendance: Live attendance will be taken via google sign in sheets posted in the chat during each session. There will be passwords provided throughout the session to log into your signature. On demand learning will have a quiz to complete.
Zoom Links: Each conference day has the same link for all sessions that day. Feel free to keep the link live all day or log into each session via your portal (accessed from confirmation email).
Questions: Please save all questions for presenters until the end of the presentation to ensure content is provided.
Presentation Slides and On Demand Access: Presentation slides and full conference home study will be provided at the end of the conference. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
